Organisation Name: Review, Rethink, Revitalise Mini-conference for public library staff - registrations open!
Don't miss this fantastic professional development opportunity at State Library Victoria on Wednesday 18 March 2015.

The Renew, Rethink, Revitalise Mini-conference is part of the State Library/Public Libraries Victoria Network Statewide Public Library Development Projects and is free for all Victorian public library staff. It's the conference you've helped to create by submitting abstracts about the Victorian public library innovations and best practice that you want to talk about, and we were overwhelmed by the number of abstracts received.

You'll hear from two exciting, international keynote speakers:
- Corinne Hill from Chattanooga Public Library, and LJs Librarian of the Year 2014, on how she turned a budget crisis into an opportunity for change; and
- Professor Stephen Heppell from the UK will discuss creative technologies and engaging young people with rocket fuel!
Splitting into subject streams and featuring public library and State Library colleagues, the rest of the presentations will cover a huge variety of topics, from digital innovations to reader development, community engagement, business improvement and much more.

This event is open to all Victorian public library staff. Lunch will be provided. Please book online by Wednesday 11 March 2015.
